Of all the places to run into a professor from College it is in Florence, Italy!! Yes, I ran into Helen Hoffelt on the streets of Florence. It was the best moment ever!

On the bike tour we stopped at a family owned wine and olive oil business that makes it fresh right there on the 500 acres of land. The wine company has been around since the 14oos and still is in the same family that started it way back then. Pretty amazing.
