The three keys to staying trendy on a budget is:
1)Constantly hit the second-hand clothing stores once or twice a week because new things are dropped off every day .....
2) only buy things if you absolutely LOVE it!
3) keep updated on new fashion trends and relate it back to what you already have in your closet
